MemberPad^® is the latest in membership management solutions and is specially designed so that it can be quickly customised to suit Sports, Leisure, Golf, Weight Loss and any membership based origanisations. This compact, lightweight, fully portable unit uses Smart Cards as membership cards. The system makes registering and managing membership faster and easier . No knowledge of computers is necessary.

MemberPad can be quickly configured to support and implement all membership rules and regulations from simple criteria such as a age based rules through to highly complex rules. The system reduces the adminstrative workload by automatically performing financial calculations. MemberPad can automatically produces all the reports the organisation needs and these together with other information can be printed and/or transmitted by modem to a head office or a central server.

MemberPad integrates with existing Backoffice systems (Member Databases and Financial Applications). Alternatively a total solution compriisng of the MemberPad system and a customised backend solution can be supplied.

A printer can be connected to MemberPad terminals to produce reports or printouts of member details. The system can be configured so as to provide tiered access rights to the information stoed on the system. Information can be downloaded/uploaded between the MemberPad and a Personal Computer.
