Ferrotec can offer a very fast
customisation of any other our standard products or will develop a new product to
suit your requirements. Our customers have made huge cost savings by using our
customised Embedded Systems in place of a PC based solution, added to this
Embedded Systems are typically more stable than PC’s.
Typically our designs use the
Ferrotec Orbita Operating System and Applications, which are all written in
ANSI C. The software can either be run on our Orbita Hardware (32bit RISC
processor based) or can be ported to the customer’s hardware. For more
